MEANING

• No one can hire someone that is not full Aryan
• Except for civil servants that fought in WWI

Advantages/ Disadvantages

• Aryans had more access to jobs
• It was difficult for non Aryans to get a job so they had to live in poverty

HOW IT INFLUENCED GERMANS

• It made Germans dislike Non-ryans
• It made Germans beleive that they where taking their jobs

WHY IT WAS CREATED

• The Nazis wanted to begin the separation of non-Aryans and Aryans
• They wanted non-Aryans to suffer

WAS THIS FAIR?

• This law was not fair as it prevented Non-Aryans from having the same opportunities that Aryans had

WHAT IS A FAIR LAW?

• A fair law gives everyone the same opportunity
• It does not seperate or harm anyone
