Her full name is Maria Antonia Josepha Joanna.
She is also known as Maria Antonia and Marie Antoinette.

  • Mother: Maria Theresa Empress of Austria
  • Father: Holy Roman Emperor Francis I
  • 15th child of 16 children
  • Lived a relatively carefree childhood

CHILDHOOD CONTINUED
The conclusion of the 7years war in 1763, the alliance between Austria and France was frigile, the they set up an arranged marriage with Louis XVI.

Education
Focused mostly on religious and moral principles, which was normal during that era. She also had to learn to carry herself as a queen.

Her tutor said that she was, "More intelligent than has been generally supposed, "but added that since, "She was rather lazy and extremely frivolous, she is hard to teach."

She chose the field because Marie was born into it. She had an arranged marriage with Louis XVI. Her only recognition was being Queen of France.

Death
Marie Antoinette died on October 16, 1793 at the Place de la Concorde in Paris, France. She was put on trial for treason and theft, as a result, she was sentenced to death by guillotine like her husband, King Louis XVI. Marie and Louis were the last King and Queen of France.
