Camil Tulcan
2.
HOW I GOT THE IDEA?
I first got the idea from google
I have 3 dogs at home that I could train
My dream job is to be veterinarian
I cannot do anything medical to my dogs but i can train them
Did research on different breeds of dogs and age groups
3.
GOALS
To see what I could teach my dogs
What I could learn from doing this
How my dogs will benefit from this
How it will help me build relationship with my pets
To see what my own dogs could learn from me
4.
PROCESS
Training each dog at a time
Doing reserach on different breeds and ages that learn well
I had some diffuclty getting them to focus and pay attention
That my research was correct about younger dogs
I started to focus and train on my youngest dog bc my research was correct
5.
PRODUCT
I first started out with dog training booklet
But my ideas changed throughout the project
I later decided to do powerpoint
With the power point I could tell and show my work
I used the powerpoint because I can show pictures of my work
6.
LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Was teaching my dogs so they will listen better
Training dogs isn't easy
Younger dogs are well more focused than older dogs
Being more patient when they wouldn't pay attention or focus
To practice and take more time to get better
7.
NEXT
I am more patient with not just my dogs but with other things (schoolwork, teachers etc.)
You should teach your dogs for fun and for a well trained dog
I learned to build a relationship with my own pets
By building a relationship, they listen more and are well behaved
And I recommend anyone getting new puppy to start training early for well trained dog
8.
