WHY IS THE OUTSIDE OF THE CORE LIQUID, BUT INSIDE SOLID?
THE ANSWER
THE INNER CORE IS SOLID BECAUSE IT HAS MORE PRESSURE ON TOP THAN THE OUTSIDE.
The inner core is solid because it has more pressure on top than the outside.
THE EVIDENCE
That is mostly due to the thickness of the outer core of the earth. Without the outer core the inner core would be a liquid.
