THEORY

• Our theory is that the chemicals
• in the medicine from Bio-Tech are being wasted
• into the river and killing the mussels down
• stream.

Evidence

• Bio-Tech is flushing the
• expired medicine into
• the river through the
• sewage pipes.

EVIDENCE

• Maple Lake discovered
• a 40 gallon barrel,
• leaking an unknown
• substance.

DATA

• With our student handouts 26 through 35
• We found out that the fifth grade only had three
• Actual sightings of mussels.

• There are animals that depend
• on the mussels but the mussels
• are dying from the chemicals
• in the river which is coming from
• Bio-tech and is killing the other animals.

• If they put the old medicine
• in barrels and two months
• out of the year they can
• take it to the recycle center.

CONCLUSION

• In conclusion it is definitely
• Bio-tech because it fits together.
• Our theory is better than Lancer Farms
• because Lancer Farms didn't go with the
• mystery, Bio-tech gave some good examples of a suspect.

CONCLUSION

• So we think it is Bio-Tech,plus
• Lancer Farms have been farming
• for many, many years,and it wouldn't
• Just happen now. Bio-Tech is the only thing
• We think that finishes the puzzle.
