Let's Break That Down

  • Collaboration - is a style used when two or more professionals voluntarily work toward a common goal
  • Embedded - to make something an integral part

Still Breaking That Title Down

  • Shared - to have or use (something) with others
  • Improvement - to enhance in value or quality: to make better

Planning is a key element. The members are defined at this time as well as when meetings will take place.

Keeping the shared goal at the forefront is essential. Flexibility is important when it comes to scheduling and looking beyond preconceived notions.

Shared Leadership

  • Sharing leadership results in a more cohesive group as it creates a level field in which no one exudes power over others.
