• Named after famous actor Ryan O'neil
• Moved immediately to Tennessee

NORMAL CHILDHOOD

• Three half brothers
• Two live in Chicago one in Boston
• Moved around a lot
• Had trouble adapting

LOVED TO PLAY MUSIC

• Mainly kept to myself
• Played video games
• Wanted to be popular

JUST WANTED TO HAVE FUN

• Did horrible in middle and high school
• Hung out with popular kids who had no worries

ROOFED EVERY SUMMER

• Started roofing when I was 12
• Taught me valuable lessions
• Gave me an out besides education

FOCUSED ON WORK NOT SCHOOL

GRADUATION

• All my friends went to college
• Decided to stay home and roof
• Had no direction
• Became bored fast

COLLEGE ON WEEKENDS

• Visited friends on weekends
• Kept working
• Wanted a change
• Never believed I could go to college

DECIDED TO MOVE OFF

• Moved up to Boston
• Culture shock
• Had a chance to do some reflecting

• Loved school as a full time student
• Loved to learn
• Started realizing what I wanted in life

FORMED A LOVE FOR READING

• Love to read
• Decided to be a teacher
• Graduating in December!!
