Biceps

Deltoids

  • The deltoid muscle is a rounded, triangular muscle located on the uppermost part of the arm and the top of the shoulder.

Leg

Quads

  • The gastrocnemius muscle is a muscle located on the back of the lower leg. It is one of the two major muscles that make up the calf. .
  • The other major calf muscle, the soleus muscle, is a flat muscle that lies underneath the gastrocnemius

Chest and Back

Obliques

  • The obliques connect to the ribs, top of the hip bone, abs and lower back.
  • The obliques are the muscles that are often thought of as the waist muscles.

Lats

  • Latissimus Dorsi is the biggest muscle in your back.
  • Lats are the only muscle which has connections in both the upper and lower body.
  • It’s scientifically proven that for every gram of protein you eat, 95% of that goes towards your lats.
