Obliques
The obliques connect to the ribs, top of the hip bone, abs and lower back.
The obliques are the muscles that are often thought of as the waist muscles.

Lats
Latissimus Dorsi is the biggest muscle in your back.
Lats are the only muscle which has connections in both the upper and lower body.
It’s scientifically proven that for every gram of protein you eat, 95% of that goes towards your lats.
