(NYA)
by: anu Lakkamsani
The Nya was established
June 26,1925
The purpose of the Nya was to provide work training for youth ages 16-25 years old as well as making education more affordable.
The Nya affected U.S. citizens aged from 16-25.
The national youth administration was successful at first, but then people started to realize that people were getting jobs to easily and higher education was becoming too inexpensive.
The national youth administration shut down in 1943 due to wartime spending and the government not wanting to fund it anymore.
