Mission Statement
Little Kids in the Big World is focused on helping kids grow in a safe environment. We provide child care from kids who are several months old to teens. We take pride at keeping our kids safe and giving them a good place to learn and grow in the big world because they are our future.

Vision Statement
Our goals here at Little Kids in the Big World are to raise kids to believe that they can be and do anything they want to do. We focus on having fun and learning to have these Little Kids in the Big World someday.

Employees
Manager - Need to be able to watch over the employees. Check on how the daycare is doing while kids are there and be able to work with kids.
Assistant Manager - Need to be able to help the Manager. Help do paperwork and keep appointments. Able to do math.
Desk Clerk - Need to answer phones when people call. Set up appointments and handle all the first steps in getting a new kid to the daycare.
Teachers - Work with the kids and care for them while there parents are hoe. Need to bel able to handle kids, have a CPR Certificate.
Councelers - Help kids when they have problems in school. Get kids settled in their new classrooms.
Technician and Custodian - Help clean up after the day is over and work to fix things that break.
