BIOME
Tropical dry forests have less percipitation than the tropical rain forests
Their temperature is usually warm to hot
located on certain parts of North America, South America, Mexico, Australia, India, and Asia
They are smaller compared to other biomes,this might make them endangered
It has a smaller diversity of animals compared to tropical rain forest

SEPECIES
Birds are the most common species in the dry forest
Large mammals can actually live in the dry forest, thanks to the trees being spaced out
Animals can use waterholes to prevent dehydration
Types of birds include ellow-low Parrot, White-tipped Dove, Rufous-naped Wrens, Thicket Tinamou
-Indian pitta ,orange-necked partridge, the black-and-tawny seedeater, and the florican

OTHER SPECIES
Mammals include rhinos, giraffes, Asian elephants
-monkeys, pumas, jaguars, deer, squirrels, and jumping rats
Reptiles include tortuouses and the well-known Komodo dragons
Insects include bees, beetles, ants, and termites
Arachnids scorpions and the Mexican Red-Knee Tarantula

PLANTS
Any plant in the TDF can live without precipitation for a long time
The trees are deciduous, thicker, and have deeper roots
Trees (mabye other plants) removes their leaves to reduce the need for water
Plant-life in the TDF includes strangler fig tree, Ceibo tree, Columnar cacti, Agaves
-Drought-tolerant Orchids,Bromeliads, and Aloes
