PREPARATION

  • Peel the skin off and then cut in circular slices
  • Or keep the skin on and cut in half and scoop out with a spoon
  • You eat the green part on the inside, not the brown skin
  • Kiwi should be eaten raw
  • Kiwis can be eaten plain or thrown in a fruit salad

  • Kiwi's are packed with vitamin c
  • A excellent source of dietary fiber
  • The fiber can reduce high cholesterol levels
  • Fiber removes the bad toxins from the colon

  • Cucumbers are a garden vegtable so you want to wash it
  • You do not have to peel it but some people like to
  • You can slice it in circular slices or dice them
  • Or keep them whole or cut them in spears and make pickles out of them
  • Eat them plain or in oils or dip in ranch, they are good in salads

  • Cucumbers contain numerous antioxidants
  • They have some vitamin c
  • But have more vitamin K
  • The antioxidants Reduce unwanted inflammatory
