Question: How many hours do students take from their day to play video games?

Data Organization

  • Mode: 1
  • Range: 24

In the data I collected about the number of hours students take out of their day to play games each day, there was a gap between 7 and 10 hours, as well as 10 and 21 in my box plot. The peak in my histogram was the number of people who plays 1 hour of games each day. There was a cluster of two people 2, 3, 5 and 6 hours of games in my line plot. Also, there was no symmetry in my line plot, for the data was skewed left. An outlier in my box plot was one student playing..24 hours? My data was organized using the mean (29), median (2), mode (1) and range (24).
