Problems for a New Author

  • At this time of the century, there are not many original ideas.
  • Lots of siblings, hard to focus.
  • Has to stay up late writing, needs sleep!
  • Stressful. Really Stressful.
  • Editing takes a long time.
  • Writers block!

  • Lots of already taken ideas out there.
  • Lots of starting over.
  • Led getting on hands.
  • Researching a lot on good covers.
  • Too many ideas.

Tips From A New Author

  • Always brainstorm before writing.
  • Write at least every night .
  • Be sure to use proper grammar.
  • When writing dialougue, always read it out so it does not sound robotic.

Tips From A New Illustrator

  • Always be ready to change your mind at any time!
  • Be sure to put lots of thought and detail into your drawing.
  • Don't EVER EVER eat while drawing.
  • Keep it in a safe place, no where with FOOD.
