WHY TOO MUCH SCREEN TIME IS BAD FOR US

Too much screen time is bad because you use your device while sitting down, so no excersize.

When you use a device (phone, tablet, TV, and a computer) you eat too much you don't realize how much food you were eating.

YOUR PARENTS MIGHT NOT LET YOU PLAY A LOT ON A DEVICE, maybe THEY DON't WANT YOU To become over weight. THEY WANT YOU TO EXCERSISE .

You need to spend time outside, excersize it's good for your health to play sports or run.

Fitness is the BEST THING TO DO IN YOUR OWn TIME, EXCERSISE, PLAY A SPORT, OR SLEEP.

Excersizing is better than screen time because excersizing makes you lose weight but screen time makes you gain weight.

If You eat more you need to excersise more.

Instead of screen time you can excersize, like play sports or ride a bike.

And a reason for excersizing is having a screen free time . and that's for your own good.
