UNLEADED FUEL VS LEADED FUEL

  • Lead is extremely toxic.
  • High exposure of lead, can result in damage to the central nervous system.
  • Can also be associated with high blood pressure.
  • These are the reasons why cars use unleaded fuel instead of leaded fuel.

TYPES OF GASES THAT CARS EMIT

  • Cars emit carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and hydrocarbon.
  • One of the causes of air poisoning is carbon monoxide, a very poisonous gas.
  • The most common symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning include headache, nausea, vomitting, dizziness, fatigue, and a feeling of weakness.
  • Some descriptions of carbon monoxide poisoning include retinal hemorrhages, and an abnormal cherry red blood hue.

DIESEL VS GASOLINE

  • Diesel fuel is one of the most efficient and energy dence fuels available today.
  • Because it contains more usable energy than gasoline, it delivers better fuel economy.
  • Diesel fuel requires less energy to produce their gasoline.

EFFECTS OF CAR EMISSIONS

  • Vehicle emissions can affect the environment in several ways.
  • Cars emit greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, which contribute to global warming.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF FLUIDS THAT MAY CAUSE POLLUTION

  • Vehicles contain many different fluids.
  • Including motor oil, antifreeze, gasoline, air conditioning refrigerants, and brake, transmission, hydraulic and windshield wiper fluids.

2 DIFFERENT SOURCES OF FUEL

  • A green vehicle is a road motor vehicle that produces less harmful impacts to the environment.
  • Compressed natural gas can be used in place of gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane.

2 SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE PROBLEM OF CAR EMISSIONS

  • Change Petroleum Fuel Vehicles to Fuel Cell Technology.
