Slide 1&2)Modern day uses of boats are much different then the uses of ancient Egyptian boats, but not all different. The modern use of boats is different because we use boats for entertainment, like tubing, skiing, wake boarding, and kneeboarding. Unlike Egyptian boats modern boats are made put of aluminum or a for, of fiber glass. But don't get me wrong we still make Wooden boats and sail in sail boats, heck we still fish off boats. So their methods of using boats are not extinct, just not used as much. But we now make huge boats for many purposes. Did you know the biggest boat in Egypt was 150ft long nothing compared to so e of our 1503ft long ships.
