It shows us what we're eating and recycles waste.
At Polyface Farm all of the animals there worked and moved in a cycle.
The chickens there weren't killed by machines but by human hands.

The animals were feed freely; not gettng forced to eat at Polyface Farm.
Chickens ate the big fat larvae's in the cows manure as much as they want.
Turkeys are moved every 3 days to new platforms to get fresh food

People may say that most local foods aren't available in certain seasons.
You can preserve your food or can it for the winter.
Canning can "save $ on groceries and well stocked for the whole year."
The 2 main kinds of canning are Water Bath Canning and Pressure Canning

CONCLUSION
The best food chain for our country is Local Sustainable.
It's important b/c we would know what we're eating so there's no risk of diseases.
Eating healthy = eating expensive but it's worth the cost
