Products/Services: Fresh wild salmon(whole and all parts), farm raised salmon(whole and all parts), smoked salmon, salmon jerky, FedEx priority overnight shipping, order online and pick up in local farmer’s market and fish market in the fishing season.
Marketing Strategy:Cooperate with local farmer’s market in Alaska, provide salmon for restaurants nationwide and local sushi restaurants. At the meantime, develop our new customer system on the website, build a customer file for every customer.
Goals: Change the proportion of farm raised salmon to wild salmon in our products. The wild salmon is more expensive than farm raised salmon. The normal products will be farm-raised salmon.
To obtain the goal of earning more 2 million dollars per year, we need a loan of $122,500.00 every year in a seven year plan. The capital source will come from the bank. A 7% interest rate will be calculated every year.
