  • Eagles eyes are designed for clear vision in daylight
  • The lungs can hold enough air to travel high altitudes

BEHAVIOURAL ADAPTATIONS

  • Eagles eat road kill, they do this so they can eat food
  • Strength , can carry a eagle plus a fairly large fish to shore

STRUCTURAL ADAPTATIONS

  • Huge size supports eagles body
  • Tail cant be damaged when the bird hits the water
  • Feet are extremly strong and sharp
  • The beak is strong thick and sharply pointed to pick up food
