During the Cold War , the USSR Started a disinformation campaign to blame the creation of Aids on the CIA. Both U.S. and Russia used chemical warfare and creating theories about the other side.

The first accusation of the Cia creating Aids was published in 1983, in the Indian paper PATRIOT. Written by an anonymous U.S. Official. He said that the Cia was secretly creating a virus intended to be released in Pakistan.

Aids was first found in America in a homosexual man. It was when Aids was first found that people began to worry. When people found out about how dangerous Aids is, they produced the idea that Aids was designed to wipe out homosexuals and African American people. Since Aids was first found in a homosexual man, and Aids statistically has more of an effect on African Americans.

Our case is that the CIA did not make aids, instead it came naturally.From another disease similar that only effected chimps.SIV or Saipan immunodeficiency virus evolved to effect human the human immune system (HIV).

The origin of AIDS came from SIV40 in chimps. AIDS came from an oral polio vaccine (OVP) and the virus was linked to the growing of cells from chimps kidney DNA. Also it came from single isolation cross species transitions. AIDS consist of ten different epidemics in African alone.
