• The longhorn's horns are long and thick.

• Cowboys branded their cattle for proof that it was thieirs
• Everyone had a different brand

STOCKYARD

• A temorary house for livestock
• Cattle lived in the stockyards before they got slaughtered

COW TOWN

• A town where cattle were shipped to market
• There were cow towns between about 1880-1885

ROUNDUP

• The driving together of cattle, horses, etc.
• They drove them for inspection, branding, and shiping to market

RUSTLER

• A cattle theif
• Rustlers tried to make changes to other cowboy's brand to claim it

STEREOTYPE

• Something that people think about someone because of their race or how they look
• A stereotype is like how asians are always good at math
