south of Rinan prefecture (in northern Vietnam), in a big bay on the west of the sea.

The Capital is 500 li from the sea. There is a big river 10 li across, which flows from the northwest and enters the sea in the east. The kingdom has a diameter of over 3,000 Li.[1li=500m]
