DRIBBLING

• Most basic and fundamental skill
• Use both inside and outside of both feet
• Must be able to change directions quickly
• Keep ball close to body
• Contact is middle to top part of the ball

PASS

• Type of kick using inside of foot
• Contact ball with middle of foot to get max surface area of the ball
• Ball should not travel in the air
• A pass can also be made with your head called a "header"

CHIP KICK

• Make contact with ball with front part of foot and low on ball
• Used to get the ball to your teammate or shot on goal
• The velocity you contact ball with will determine the distance

DRIVE SHOT

• Hard fast shot
• Used mainly for shots on goal, free shots, shots on goal, or long passes
• Contact ball with inside of foot and big toe. Approach ball with controlled speed
• The planted, non kicking, foot needs to be planted to the side of the ball
• Kicking leg needs to be lined up with ball and legs needs to kick through the ball
