• He is a sailor from Genoa, Italy
• On October 1492 he found the America's
• He really landed in Cube and not in America
• He Is the cause of the deaths of thousands of Native Caribbean people

FERDINAND MEGELLAN

• Proved our world is round and not flat
• He sailed a crossed the world to prove the world is round
• Went on his first voyage at the age of 25 in 1505
• Was born in about 1480 in the north of Portugal

COLUMBIAN EXCHANGE

• It brought diseases to the Americas
• It brought new plants and animals to Europe and America
• Slaves where brought to the Americas
• It is also called the Grand Exchange

CONQUISTADORS

• They were Spanish conquerors.
• They were the greatest of all conquers
• Conquered the Aztec and Inca empire
