THE INGREDIENTS OF SERRADURA

• Marie Biscuits 8
• Whipping cream 200mL
• Condensed milk 30g
• Gelatin Powder 2 teaspoon

PROCEDURE

• Crush the Marie Biscuits with a rolling pants
• Grease a large bowl with butter
• Mix the cream and becomes thick
• Add the condensed milk
• Keep mixing to ensure it is incorporated

PROCEDURES

• Add the gelatin powder into the mixture
• Add a slice of mixture at the bottom in the bowl
• Then add the processed biscuits on top of the mixture
• Repeat this two step 2-3 times
• Put it inside the refrigerator overnight
