Movies were another form of entertainment. Some movies were the day the earth stood still & the creature from the black lagoon.
A movie that took place in 1950 was GREASE.
Fashion was important during the 1950s. They had a variety some were poodle skirts, tight dresses with parasols, and a suit.

Some affairs were the Cold War and the Korean War. This was important because the U.S. was fighting for its country and helping other countries.
Some technology was the television and the telephone. They were important because during the Cold War they could watch clips on the television and for telephone they could contact people easier.
The car and the airplane were a form of transportation during this time. The car had been out for about 20 years and the airplane had been a new form of transportation.
