• Vice president takes over 25th
• Amendment allows the president to point
• New vice president

• The president will receive a
• Paycheck for his time served
• This amount is agreed upon
• And cant be reduced during his term

• President takes the oath
• Of office, by agreeing to
• Preserve,protect, and
• Defend the Constitution of the
• United Staes

SECTION 2 CLAUSE 1

• The president can call in the Military
• To protect and serve during the time of need
• He also has the ability to pardon anybody
• Who had offences against the United States of America.
• Except for those cases were impeachment was involved

CLAUSE 2

• President is able to make treaties with
• The advise and consent of the Senate
• As long there a two-Third majority of votes

CLAUSE 3

• President can make recess
• Appointment and an emergency
• When the Senate is in recess

SECTION 3

• State of union message
• Send special messages to Congress
• Calls special session to Congress
• He has the right to stop meeting when
• The house of Repersenative cants come up witha agreement

SECTION 4

• Able to impeach (fire)
• The president and /or
• Any Civil officers for
• Treason,bribery, high crimes
• Or misdemeanors
