We are planning to create a partnership because it will make us the most money and be very successful.

COMPETITION
There are a lot of other lawncare businesses in Delco but most of them are not equipped to handle big jobs. Most of them are unlicensed and uninsured. We are licensed and insured and we don't have that many employees so we charge our customers less money and will be able to take over other businesses' customers.
FINANCE
*We are asking for $160,000 and you will receive 20% of our annul profits. With our business plan we determine our business will make about $150,000 a year
*It cost on average $10 (includes gas and paying employees)to cut a lawn and the average I charge is $25
ADVERTISING
We will advertise on all social media, most tv stations, and all news papers in delco and our target audience are people that own or rent property in the delco area.

We will have a website where you can fill out a form so we can stop by and give you a quote. Our headquarters will be a retired authorities auto body shop so we have space to store the equipment and an office on the side so people could stop by and pay bills, sign contracts,or ask any questions they might have.
OPERATION PLAN
We will hire four employees that will work every other day (2 one day and then the other 2 the next day) they will be paid $15 an hour. I will work as the manager on the work sites (and drive the truck) and Kellie will be working the office and be the financial manager everyday.
