• To most people this is just a game This is just an old game by the looks Beat up and used over and over Now it sits hear, gaining dust in a drawer I remember when I played this game Taking it everywhere day to day I used to have many more like it This game brings me back when I was young When I used to hang out with my brother All day long

• Only a few years ago Though it feels like much longer Our friends playing this simple game Rolling the dice The cardboard world An old game called Monopoly People I know wouldn't play this game today But me and my brother's friends play it all the time Watching a tv show Making deals Eating popcorn Having fun This old game can make and break a day While it may be just an old game Many memories come from it The fun and seemingly endless games The frustrating and shorter games The times when my brother and friends Used to get together
