RAINFALL
Athens' rainfall was enough to sustain the city.
Iraklion and Thessaloniki's rainfall was not enough to sustain the cities.

TRADING
Trading was a crucial aspect in Greece
Trading was aided and plagued by the trade routes chosen
If a trader traded by sea, the trader could carry twice the resources in twice the time.
If a trader traded by land, the journey would be more difficult and risky

It would determine what crops could be grown at a certain time period
It could kill people if they aren't properly equipped with the right clothing
It could make traveling difficult because it can cause people to be slower while walking.

Agriculture
The Geography of Greece affected farming
There wasn't a lot of farmland because the land was mountainous
Most people spent their time farming because they needed as much food as possible
Because of the lack of farmland, Greece's population couldn't grow over a million people

Daily Life
Women had virtually no rights. Because of the mountains, it was dangerous for women to leave their homes
The women's job was to take care of the children
Men did basically all of the roles necessary for survival
Men in their free time would roam the prairie on their horse
Men were the people who fought other civilizations

Warfare
Many battles were fought by Greek men
Because of the mountainous region, archers were able to set up on mountains and get a tactical advantage
The rivers and lakes provided ways for the Greeks to use naval warfare, which consisted of sinking other boats
They also provided ways of attacking and retreating
For example, an army can attack on land in one direction and flank the army on boat in the other direction.
