- Weren't managing behaviour, just teaching

THE STUDENTS ROLE...
- Be in charge of their own day
- Knowing their next steps, where they are
- Self manage, self direct, verbalise learning
- Asking for help when needed ie: workshops
- Taking risks and being prepared to fail
