He was a devoted classical scholar
He was also known as a writer
He wrote Africa, Rime Sparse
The book Africa was inspired from his visit to Rome
It is a epic poem which has Scipio Afrianus as it's hero

He felt he lived "amid varied and confusing storms
One of his quotes was
"My anger has very often injured myself, but never others"
He was a example of humanism because he did thing that people has never done before
He expressed his beliefs through his writing

DEATH

He passed just before his 70th birthday
He died at night and was found the next day
Died: July 18, 1374
