What is the Rosetta Stone ?
It is engraving carved by priest praising the pharaoh. It also explained new laws. It is written in 3 forms, hieroglyphic,demotic and Greek for so the priests and rulers of Egypt could read it.

WHERE IS THE ROSETTA STONE CURRENTLY?
The Rosetta Stone is currently in the British museum. The Stone was discovered by the Napoleon but due to there defeat the Stone was transferred to the British possession . The Rosetta Stone has been in the British museum since 1802, except during WW11 where it was brought 500 ft underground in a statement subway system.
