JAPANESE TANKS
- Due to the war with China, Japan produced a large number of tanks.
- The Japanese used tanks to good effect in their campaigns
- Tank development was neglected in favor of naval activities.
- Imperial Japanese Army (IJA)
- The most commonly used tanks was the Type 3 Chi-Nu Medium Tanks
JAPANESE INFANTRY UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT
- They had spare clothes, a tent, tropical helmet, and gasmasks.
- Along with their Model 38 rifle a.k.a "Arisaka" with bayonet
- The Rifle got its name from it's inventor Col. Nariaki Arisaka.
JAPANESE AIRMEN EQUIPMENT
- Parachute, katana, Nambu pistol
- Binoculars, compass, and a Map in case their plane went down
JAPANESE NAVY MEN EQUIPMENT
- Japanese Navy Officer wore a Sword or had a Nambu Pistol
- Japanese Navy Sailors had no weapons
- Sailors only had their deck gun station that was assigned to them
