PRONOUNS HAVE TRADITIONALLY BEEN REGARDED AS ONE OF THE PARTS OF SPEECH

Types of pronouns

PERSONAL PRONOUNS

DENOTE AN ENTITY OF A SPECIFIC GRAMMATICAL PERSON: FIRST PERSON (I, ME, WE), SECOND PERSON (YOU), OR THIRD PERSON (HE, SHE, THEY)

SUBJECT PRONOUNS

are used when the person or thing is the subject of the sentence. example: I like to watch TV, but she does not.

Object pronouns

ARE USED WHEN THE PERSON OR THING IS THE OBJECT OF THE SENTENCE.EXAMPLE: JOHN LIKES ME BUT NOT HER.
