INTRODUCTION

  • Today im going to show and tell you all the shark facts that you need to know. Have you wondered what is the biggest that ever lived? It was the megalodon coming in at a wopping 60-100 feet.

DESCRIPTION

  • You might think of a shark of a icky slimy creature. But really the skin is really hard and spiky.
  • Sharks can only live by moving they move even when they are sleeping!
  • Sharks have the same senses but they have one more they can sense electricity.

DESCRIPTION

  • Some sharks are know by there speed like the hammer head but the fastest one is the mako going 60 miles per hour.
  • Sharks have many many rows of teeth when they lose one another one comes in.

HABITAT

  • Sharks live near south west and south east
  • There are many sharks near Florida about 1000!
  • Most species of sharks reside in saltwater which means they are found in the oceans. However, some of them are known to live in bodies of fresh water.
  • Some sharks go down so far that are body's will crush under the pressure in the water the deepest a shark went was 4,000 feet down!
  • Most of the Great White Sharks are near Australia.

ADAPTATION

  • Sharks are not know for adaptations but they have many adaptations.
  • Sharks have a dark and a bright top and bottom so when you look down you can only see the dark sea but when you look up you can see the very bright sun.
  • When the shark attack its prey they have another layer of some sort of an eye lid so their the blood doesnt get into their eyes.

ADAPTATION

  • Sharks have very a sensitive nose so they can smell blood from 0.25 miles away to find there prey
  • A sharks body is made to help them swim the body is shaped like a torpedo.

SUMMERIZEING SENTENCE

  • Today learned alot of stuff about the shark like the mako can go at least 60 miles per hour. Today was fun now here is some stuff i learned for this presentation.
  • I learned that most of the Great White Shark live near australia
  • I also learned that the megalodon can grow up to 100 feet!
