PEACE AGREEMENT

• Third attempt for a peace agreement after 50 years of conflicts;
• A historical meeting will happen in Norway between Colombian president an the FARC;
• The topics of the agreement are: drug trafficking (may of 2014), the rights of victims of the conflict, land ownership (2013), political participation FARC (2013) and the end of civil war
• The people in Colombia want the end of the conflicts and press the government to do it.
• FARC - Communist-inspired (Marxist-Leninist revolutionary guerrilla)

• Up to now, the two sides reached an agreement about three of the six points of the discussion
• Yesterday, the government and the FARCS had a meeting
• 10 of February - the two parts will receive the report of the "Historical Commission of the Conflict"
• 11 of February - the two parts will listen the testimonies of a colombian women delegation
