TOO DETAILED

  • I tend to want everything to be perfect and will keep working until it is.

INTOLERANT

  • I had little patience when it came to certain things. I felt like I could be too opinionated without getting the whole story.

HUMORLESS

  • I can be very serious because I am so focused on doing things right. This causes me at times to be humorless.

TUNNEL VISION

  • Since I have such intense focus on tasks, it causes me to have tunnel vision and not notice other factors around me

FAST-PACED

  • Even though I am detail oriented I like to get things done quickly but perfectly which doesn't always work out

WORRISOME

  • My need for perfectionism causes me to be worrisome. I constantly worry about doing everything right.

TOO CRITICAL

  • I can be too critical of others because of my need for perfection. This also connects to my intolerance and impatience.

LEVERAGING DIVERSITY

  • I now realize that everyone is different and has different strengths. They are not going to have the same concerns I do.

DEVELOPING OTHERS

  • Now that I understand other's strengths, I can use those strengths to encourage others and work as a team.

TRY NEW THINGS

  • I have been getting out of my comfort zone and trying new things.

ACTIVE LISTENER

  • I am a more sincere listener and stay in the moment when someone is talking. This has helped me learn from others.

TAKE A RISK

  • I've learned to take risks and it's ok if it doesn't work out perfectly.

RELAX

  • I am taking things slower and relaxing!!! Wow!!! It's a lot less stressful that way.

PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING

  • I have more patience and understand others. Not everyone is like me. Everyone has different perspectives.

FUN!!!!!

  • It's important to relax and get away from the seriousness. Life is more enjoyable that way!
