• 1813
• Was born with the name of Abram
• Made a covenant with God
• Became Abraham, father of many
• Given son Isaac through Sarah- ancestor of Jews

MOSES& BURNING BUSH

• 1314
• After getting married, worked for father in law
• Angel of God appeared as burning bush- not consumed
• God tells him to go to Egypt
• Asked to ask Pharaoh to "let my people go"
