THE WICHITA MOVED TO TEXAS IN THE 1700'S
The Wichita Indians were farmers, so they raised crops of corn, squash and pumpkins. The also hunted Buffalo and deer and collected fruits and nuts to eat.
The Wichita built Wigwams for shelter.

- Knee legnth dresses that were made from buffalo hide
