Corinthians 15:52 “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”
Meaning: An instant of time that happens very quickly. A 'twinkle' is smaller than the time it takes to blink; thus, you would miss it if you blinked.
Acts 20:35 “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”
Meaning: You should be willing to help the weak by offering your expertise for the sake of kindness and not money. In the passage, Paul was a tent maker so he made his own tent as well as helped the elders with theirs.
