Amendment One

• Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
• The first amendment grants the citizens of the United States the freedom of religion, speech, assembly and the right to petition and the right to press

ISIL and the First Amendment

• The first amendment would not work in ISIL because they do not believe in the freedom of religon.
• ISIL also doesn't allow speaking against them or petitioning them.
• ISIL also kill the journalists so there is no freedom of press.

Amendment two

• A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
• The citizens of America have the right to bear arms and have a well regulated militia.

ISIL and the second amendment

• ISIL would not allow the people under their rule to bear arms against them. Anyone who is a threat to them would be killed and normal citizens don't have the right to carry them.

amendment three

• No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
• The military can not use a house without the owners permission.

ISIL and the third amendment

• If ISIL or ISIS is in the situation of needing a house they will take what they want or stay where they want. They would quarter their troops wherever they want.

AmendMent four

• The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
• Without a warrant or probable cause the police can not search a person or the person's belongings.

ISIL and the fourth amendment

• If ISIL believes that someone has something that ISIL doesn't agree with then they will search them and take it with no warrant.

Amendment five

• No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
• A person does not have to plead against himself and can remain silent. That person also has the right to never be charged with the same case twice and will have "just compensation" for the property taken.

ISIL and the fifth amendment

• The fifth amendment doesn't work with ISIL. The punishment for breaking their rules is death or imprisonment so if someone is suspecting of doing something they will be punished. It doesn't matter if they remain silent or not.

AMendment six

• In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
• The defendant has a right to a speedy and public trial with an impartial jury

ISIL and the sixth amendment

• The six amendment gives the right to a speedy trial. Under ISIL there is no trial and when someone is suspected of breaking "the law" they are punished. Even if there is no evidence

Amendment seven

• In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
• Gives the right to a jury trial.

ISil and the seventh amendment

• The seventh amendment states that there will be an impartial jury when someone breaks the law, but there is no jury under ISIL enforcement.

Amendment eight

• Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
• No cruel or unusual punishment.

ISIL and the eighth amendment

• Cruel and unusual punishment is a way that ISIL strikes terror into the rest of the rule. They have been seen using human shields and showing complete disreguard of the lives of other humans. They have also cut off the heads of journalists in front of camera just to send a message.

amendment nine

• The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
• Rights to people not specifically stated in the constitution.

Isil and the ninth amendment

• ISIL creates their own rules that benefits them the most. The people they come in contact with have no rights if they are not a part of ISIL.

amendment ten

• The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
• People have the power that the state and government don't have.

Isil and the tenth amendment

• People have absolutely no power to ISIL or ISIS. ISIL has all the power in whatever place they have taken over.
