I. Freedom of speech, religion, press, petition, and assembly

This means you can say and or believe anything you want to

II. Right to bare arms

Right so we can carry a weapon as long as we are not using that weapon for anything bad

III. Quartering of soldiers

We do not have to house soldiers anymore

IV. Warrants and searches

They need a warrant to search our stuff

V. Individual debt and double jeopardy

We have our own debts and double jeopardy

VI. Speedy trial, witnesses and accusations

Trial is fast you can have witnesses and accusations

VII. Right for a jury trial

Right to have a jury with the people

VIII. Bail and fines

You can get out of jail if someone bails you out

IX. Rule of construction on constitution

We can change something in the constitution at any timetable

X. Rights of the state under constitution

Power is reserved to the states respectively
