  • "Commercial" unmanned aircraft systems ("UAS") unlawful
  • UAS is considered "aircraft" in N.A.S.
  • Must obtain certificate of airworthiness
  • Or Section 333 "Exemption" from current regulations.

  • Under 55 lbs.
  • Within VOS at all times
  • No flights over bystanders

  • Only one UAS flight at a time
