• Health- crazy parties,chance to meet people
• Ethical- keep away from drunk boys, drugs and try to have fun but also study
• Legal- underage drinking and illegal substances at parties
• Parent approval- yes as long as they had the confidence to make the right decisions

BAD STORY

• 2009 Ravital Segal was rushing for kappa kappa gamma
• During pledge week she was blindfolded in the back of a car with other pledges
• She was forced to chug 64 oz water bottles of alcoholic punch while also taking vodka shots
• She left the car and passed out
• The next morning she woke up and was found at the ICU in Dartmouth for overdosing in alcohol. She had 0.399 blood alcohol level

GOOD STORY

• A Girl wanted to join a sorority to meet good girls with good grades but have fun
• She had low tolerance for mean girls
• The Semester she spent with her sorority was fun because she spent time with "awesome girls"
• She was quizzed on founders and expected to know important dates of the sorority but she claims it was " a lot more fun than history class"
• And the friends she made that semester are her bffs even though they graduated and live miles apart.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO

• Avoid- over drinking, drugs, mean girls hazing,
• Dont avoid- making good friends, bonding, studying, having fun
• Overall- rush a good sorority with nice girls and good morals
