  • Please grab your Do Now journal
  • Sit with your hands folded :)

Drawing by ear

  • Partner A & B will take turns describing their drawing to their partner.
  • The drawing partner cannot speak.
  • The speaking partner will have to judge how many directions to give, and how many times to repeat them.
  • Do not show your partner your picture before this exercise.

How did it go?

  • What was the most frustrating part of this activity?

  • Do you feel like you did a good job following directions?

  • Please get into groups of 3 or 4

  • After each person presents their "post" your group with switch posts.
  • You will write a thoughtful comment, from the perspective of your character. (ex: You are Squeaky posting on Gretchen's post)
  • Your post needs to be in character and school appropriate.

Homework:

  • Finish the Columbus page.
  • Remind your parents that Back to school night is on Thursday :)
