  • 55% seafood and lean meat
  • 55% each of fresh fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Nuts and seeds
  • No added sugar ,salt,or processed food

WHAT DOES IT CLAIM?

  • The paleo diet is supposed to be like any other healthy diet, however, it does not include whole grains and legumes
  • This is consider the diet of our ancestors and people believe that they did not suffer from the same diseases as us so we should try to consume the same food as them which will make us healthier
