The Mexican drug war & the Mexican revolution.

  • Both of these big issues are a  big topic in Mexican history
  • Both of these have cost the live of thousands.
  • The Mexican Government has tried taking action time but nothing changed.
  • The leaders of these gangs are dominate the country with there money.
  • The frighten the people to keep there secrets.
In 1999, Gulf Cartel's leader, Osiel Cárdenas Guillén, hired a group of 37 corrupt former elite military soldiers to work for him. These former Airmobile Special Forces Group and Amphibian Group of Special Forces soldiers became known as Los Zetas and began operating as a private army for the Gulf Cartel. During the early 2000s the Zetas were instrumental in the Gulf Cartel's domination of the drug trade in much of Mexico. They control the cities they are people who kill for the pressure.

The Zapatistas

  • They give power to the people instead of scaring them
  • they have sealed certain cities and the government cant get in.
  • they consider them self as a modern day pancho villa
  • they want the land that was onces theres they want democracy

  • the narcos control everything they run the country.
  • the ex president Felipe Calderon promise much and nothing

  • they both say they give to the people.
  • narcos scare the people Zapatistas give them hope.
