Peruvian Appetizer

1. Boil potatoes and eggs

 Let cool down and peel them

2. Put ingredients in the blender.

(Cheese, aji paste, crackers and milk)

3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

4. Pour sauce in a container.

Keep refrigerated

5. Cover sliced potatoes with sauce.

Garnish with lettuce, black olives and eggs.
